If you haven’t used your MTA account before, you will have to first navigate to the MTA’s site and log in using the information listed below. You can find this information on your MTA membership card, or you can reach out to your building representative. Once you have logged in there, you will be prompted to change your username and password. Please keep track of both as you would with any other account.
